Ministry

As a husband and father of three active boys, Steve became conscious of the reason why we wake up every morning – love. In everything he does, he promotes that we each have a responsibility to help, be kind and to make the world a better place for your kids, your friends, co-workers, and neighbours.

Steve gives most of his free time to volunteering for youth. He is currently the Treasurer of the Arnprior Figure Skating Club, President of the Not-for-Profit Pakenham Community Early Learning Centre, coaches two teams with the Almonte Soccer Club in the summer and coaches learning to skate in the winter and is a member of the Capital City Referee Association (Adult Hockey).

He cares about people and wants to be sure they have someone they can turn to, and Rev Steve confesses to be a good listener. He feels it’s important that our youth are on the right path in their lives, and are healthy in body and mind.

Rev Steve also supports his community by conducting marriage ceremonies and is welcoming to all couples. He has an interest in Baptisms and Funeral ceremonies which he plans to conduct at a later date.

Interests

Rev Steve enjoys being active. He’s drawn to all types of sports; hockey, softball, soccer and playing an occasional round of golf.

He and his wife Katrina are renovating their 1800’s farm house.
