The Clergy Support Memorial Church was in full agreement to certify the Rev Michelle Rogers to the office of Designated Minister -Mental Health Support in December of 2023. We welcome her compassionate nature, dedication to supporting her community, and her inclusive, spiritual approach.

Community Work
Rev. Michelle is deeply committed to her community and is a volunteer with Arnprior Regional Health Services for hospital work and support at the Grove Long-Term Care Home. She also has connections with the Canadian Mothercraft organization, which aims to support pregnant teenagers through their pregnancies, births, and beyond. Her dedication to giving back is evident. Previously she volunteered with the United Way campaign and her involvement in her children’s school activities.
Personal Growth
2023 was a significant year of personal growth for Michelle. She has focused on broadening her beliefs and centering herself through various practices such as yoga and sound baths. Rev. Michelle has been reading extensively on Buddhism, meditation, and Indigenous practices, which has contributed to her spiritual and personal development. Her daily practice of gratitude and her certification as a Reiki Level 1 practitioner highlight her commitment to self-improvement and spiritual growth.
Spiritual Dimension
Rev. Michelle’s spirituality is inclusive and expansive, embracing beliefs from multiple religious traditions. Raised in an Anglican household, she later explored various spiritual paths, including Indigenous practices, Buddhism, and Shamanism. Michelle finds spiritual fulfillment in nature and believes in a universal creator. Her spiritual journey is characterized by a focus on the positive aspects of faith and the good that can be done for the world and humanity.
Hobbies
Michelle enjoys reading, cooking for family and friends, and spending time in nature. She finds peace and tranquility in outdoor activities and has a passion for exploring the natural world.
