Credentials

The Clergy Support Memorial Church board was in full agreement to Appoint the Rev. Carole Rogers-Beaudoin as Designated Minister in July 2016.

Rev Carole’s ministry has evolved over the years and has fully met the church’s criteria for ordination. The Board was in full agreement to elevate her to the office of Ordained Minister in March 25, 2025.

She is a deeply spiritual and compassionate individual whose love for God and commitment to serving others is evident. Her formal education, paired with a lifetime of service, made her an ideal candidate for ordination.

Academic Credentials

  • Canadian Ministers Institute – certified to conduct ceremonies for Birth, Marriage and End of Life.
  • Trinity Bible College and Seminary – BA, MA in 2015 and a MDiv in 2016

Pastoral Care in her community

Rev Carole has been actively involved in her church community since childhood, taking on roles such as nursery assistant, lay reader, chalice bearer, and sides person. As a Designated Minister with CSMC she regularly performed Wedding, Baptisms and End of Life ceremonies. Her volunteer work extends beyond the church, including leadership roles in Toastmasters, Chaplaincy work with Youth and her advocacy as Vice President of the Tourette Syndrome Association of Niagara. These experiences have honed her ability to lead, communicate, and connect with others in meaningful ways. 

Carole’s passion to the unchurched is evident in her desire to provide Pastoral Care. She has helped people in the United States and Canada celebrate their unions or their passing of a loved one with a ceremony rooted in faith and love. Her approach is inclusive, heartfelt, and focused on creating a ceremony that reflects the unique story of each person, couple or family. Through her involvement in retreats and workshops, Carole has developed a deep understanding of the importance of faith in everyday life. Her time as a youth chaplain and co-chaplain has further enriched their ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds, fostering a sense of belonging and spiritual growth.

Carole’s spiritual journey has been one of continuous growth and reflection. Her pursuit of ordination reflects her commitment to serving God and her community.  Known for her resilience and unwavering faith. Carole has faced life’s challenges with grace and has forged a deeper connection to God. This personal journey has shaped her ability to empathize with others and offer support during significant life moments.
